No Need to Pre-Register
Simply arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to class commencing. We will do our best to get you settled, registered and familiar with the studios.
Please Refrain from eating 2 hours before class and come well hydrated.
You are welcome to wear shorts and tank tops, or any other work out attire your feel comfortable in.
Please allow us to educate you with proper Studio Etiquette

Take your 2 week introduction pass and try all of our class styles, as each has its own benefits.
Hot YOGA- our 90 minute series features the traditional 26 postures. It is the same format each class, enabling students to become familiar with the practice and poses, then eventually,to master their practice.
1 hr HOT- Shorter class with similar poses to the 90, but veries with the teacher. First half standing series, completed with seated postures and each teachers own favorites.
Yin
Yin Yoga is very popular with both athletes , and new students. This class is very slow and mindful. Yin allows time in each posture, to fully lengthen the full muscle and access dense fibrous ligaments, & connective tissue of the joints. All of the postures are non weight bearing, practiced in a seated position. The intention is to encourage circulation in less flexible areas, to lengthen and release deep connective tissue, especially in the joints closest to the core of the body: the hips, lower back, and the sacrum area.
FLOW
Flow class is a more vigorous practice, and includes vinyasa flow moment in linking one posture to the next. This incorporates more upper body strength gain, and allows students to take practice to the next level of balance and inversions. A full body workout with the use of breathe and flow.
TRY them all over your 2 week trial program, and see what practice speaks loudest to you!
A balance of all, is the overall response we recieve.
